Technical Features

A multifunctional system made up of one control panel and one refrigerating unit, divided into two sections. The first one is for deep-freezing small and medium size production with internal working temperature of -40C, suitable for manual handling of trays of 60x80 cm or trays of 60x40 cm. The second section is for storing frozen products with internal working temperature of -20C, suitable for manual handling of trays of 60x80 cm or trays of 60x40 cm every two half-doors. Thanks to the modular construction, its width can be adjusted depending on the amount, quality and thickness of the products to be stored.

The inside of the standard version is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the outside of plasticated zinc sheets. The insulation is achieved by injection of high density flexible foamed polyurethane. Automatic defrosting is done with hot gas.
