o dividing and moulding
o for making wheat biscuits and pastry  with a proportion up to 30% of rye
o dividing principle = strands principle (preroll)

Dough processing
o produce moulding balls in weight range of   35 - 250g/piece (according to type)
o weight range is infinitely variable   depending on used moulding size  of external moulding drum
