Central computer control is the highest level of automation of the baking process while simultaneously maintaining qualities of baking bread in deck ovens. This technological line bakes first class porous bread of the right volume which lasts longer.

Basic Versions:
  • With manual basket unloading - The operator unloads the dough onto the serving table, it is then overtaken by Asistent and charged into the correct deck. After the bread is baked, Asistent moves it onto the cooling expedition conveyor. The whole baking process, except dough unloading, is fully automatic.
  • With continual proofer - After rising in the continual proofer, Asistent charges the dough into the correct deck. After the bread is baked, Asistent moves it onto the cooling expedition conveyor. The whole baking process is fully automatic and the operator only carries out a dispatcher function.
