Apex Long Moulder LM3202

The Long Moulder LM3202 is an industrial type dough long moulder that is suitable to operate for longer hours compared to standard models. It sheets the dough hassle free with the newly designed cylinder conveyor set up to so that the unhardened dough gets its final shape easily with two pressure cushions. Pressure cushions can be adjusted for a new position in a few seconds. As the machine starts to work, centering cylinders move and the dough pieces are guided directly to the center of the pressure cushions. A standard shape is guaranteed for each one.
