" The TXA-MAN is designed to divide and obtain rectangular and square shape bread. The percentage of water in the dough is from 70 to 90%.

" 2 adjustable rollers level the dough and a third one adjusts the thickness. Finally the guillotine with an electro-mechanic movement defines the length of the piece.
