Apex Long Moulder DZ100

The Long Moulder DZ100 is an industrial type dough moulding and aligning machine. It is capable of working longer hours compared to standard modules. The totally redesigned cylinder conveyor mechanism enables it to sheet the dough without harming it. Hardened dough gets the final shape easily with two pressure boards that can be adjusted in seconds.

Moulded doughs can be aligned over the trays or tins automatically with sensors and pneumatics.
