Benier Intermediate proofer / resting station - when the dough has been stressed by mixing, dividing and rounding this unit is the best piece of equipment to let the dough relax before moulding or stamping. Can be sold individually or have a Benier Divider and Oshikiri Rounder - also have Benier Heavy duty moulders. For Shipping

The unit was un-assembled to remove from the bakery and will ship as such. The proofer will come with new snap in pockets.
